tikets4U (a DBA of Payzio Inc) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for all and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with a wide range of disabilities, and meets the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and used as the benchmark for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we do
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to main content” link.
- Semantic structure, labelled forms, and descriptive text alternatives for images so the site works with screen readers.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
- Accessibility checks as part of our development process.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and some parts of the Service may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively remediating known issues and assessing new features for accessibility before release.
