For buyers

How do I buy tickets?

Browse events, choose your tickets, and check out with a card — it takes seconds. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link are supported where available.

How do I get my tickets?

Right after checkout we email your tickets as QR codes. Each ticket is tied to your mobile number to keep it off the resale market — bring the QR code (on your phone or printed) to the door.

How do I sign in and find my tickets?

tikets4U is passwordless: enter your email or mobile number and we send a 6-digit code — no password to remember. Your tickets live under My tickets.

I didn't receive my tickets.

Sign in with the same email or phone you used at checkout and open My tickets. Check your spam folder too. Still missing? Email us and we'll resend.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow the organizer's policy for that event and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If an event is cancelled, you are refunded automatically on the card you paid with.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket?

Transfers are off by default (anti-scalping — tickets stay bound to your phone). Some organizers turn transfers on per event; if so, you'll see the option on your ticket.

What fees and taxes will I pay?

The ticket price plus any service fee, sales tax, and card-processing fee are all shown before you confirm — no surprises at the end.

What currency am I charged in?

Each event is priced in USD or CAD depending on the organizer's location; the currency is shown on the event and at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

For organizers

How do I start selling?

Choose Become an organizer, set up your account, and complete a quick, Stripe-hosted identity check (KYC). Your events can go on sale once that's done.

What does it cost?

A per-ticket platform service fee (tiered by ticket price), shown at checkout. You choose whether the buyer pays it or you absorb it. Buyers always pay sales tax and card processing.

When and how do I get paid?

Ticket revenue settles to your bank through Stripe — your share automatically, with the platform fee deducted. Payouts follow a rolling schedule; funds for an event may be held until after the event date to cover refunds and disputes.

Can I run a free event?

Yes. Free / RSVP events cost attendees nothing; you pay a flat host fee based on your guest-list size, and each guest receives a personalized, single-use QR invite.

Why is my event "pending approval"?

Paid events are briefly reviewed before going live. You'll get an email when it's approved and on sale.

How do I check guests in at the door?

Use the built-in door scanner to scan tickets; you can set up scanner staff for your team.

How do I issue a refund?

From the order in your dashboard — refunds are returned on the buyer's original payment method.
